As a landlord in New York City, my experiences with contractors were so bad that I never used a contractor more than once. That was until I began working with Kfir Meshulam and AYN Maintenance. I first worked with the group in the summer of 2008 on a renovation of an apartment. Since then he has been the only contractor I use – we have dealt with complete renovations, boiler issues, electric, roofing, demolition, window replacement, chimney, lock outs and plumbing. If he can’t fix it then he gets it done. Last summer we lost power to a building at 6pm on a hot Friday afternoon, Kfir had Con Ed and electricians at building – we were up and running that evening by 11pm.
